Search term: "vertigo" Vertigo is severe dizziness or sense of movement

Google search for "vertigo" - 6/10 of these results are completely irrelevant to the medical condition Vertigo. 2 are related to the famous Alfred Hitchcock movie, "Vertigo". Others are about a comic book series, software company, U2 Album, all by the same name.

Search term: "tramadol" (tramadol is a narcotic used in treating moderate to severe pain)

Google "tramadol" Results - 6/10 results on the first page are spam (pages that offer no value, attempt to sell drugs illegally, and/or provide inaccurate information that could be dangerous to consumers).

Search term: "xanax side effects" (Xanax is a prescription drug used to treat anxiety)

MSN "xanax side effects" - 6/10 results on the first page are spam. The other 4 results are decent: the drugs.com Xanax info page is the #6 result, and the medicinenet.com page is pretty informative (unfortunately it's the #9 result, a bunch of spam is ranked higher).
